The scene
A black basalt sea stack in a storm. The opening shot is locked off and extremely wide: two tiny figures at the very edge, a huge wave exploding against the cliff. She runs to him, he catches her and spins her around. A slow kiss on the edge.
Then a tight two-shot in profile, and something goes out of his eyes. His hands leave her face and she falls backwards off the cliff. The fall is shot from above in extreme slow motion: a white shirt in the wind, a scream taken by the wind. The frame whites out into foam, and the final shot returns to the first: the rock, two figures, the wave. The clip loops.
What makes this template different
The most popular trend of September — and the kiss is not the reason. This is a 15-second mini-film with a twist: it opens as a romance and ends as a thriller. There is a similar scene in the wave-and-kiss trend, but here the point is the story.
The format is horizontal, 16:9, and shot like cinema: a static wide, slow motion, an overhead angle.

What to upload
The Kiss at the Cliff's Edge card has two fields: her photos and his photos.

FAQ
Why 16:9 and not vertical?
The story rests on the wide shot of the rock with two figures and on the overhead shot of the fall. Neither reads in a vertical frame.
What does "loops" mean?
The last frame matches the first, so on autoplay the seam is invisible. Many people watch a second round to work out what happened.
Will both of us look like ourselves?
Each person gets their own character sheet, so the characters do not blend. Likeness depends on the photos: five shots from different sides give more than a single selfie.
Which quality should I pick?
Standard is 480p, enough to see what you get. Excellent is 720p for publishing: the figures are small in the wide shot, and that is where the difference shows most. The two options cost a different number of coins.
